Refunds and Cancellations Policy
At The Perfume Store we want you to be happy with your purchase. Below is our standard policy for refunds, returns, and cancellations. If you have any questions, please contact us directly.
1. Cancellations
- You may cancel an order before it has been shipped. Contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation.
- If your order has already been shipped or collected, it cannot be cancelled — please follow our returns process instead.
2. Returns & Exchanges
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be returned in their original, unused condition and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
- We do not accept returns of opened or used fragrances for hygiene and safety reasons unless the item is faulty or damaged.
- If you received the wrong item, a damaged product, or a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately — we will arrange a replacement or refund.
3. How to Request a Return
- Contact our support team with your order number and photos (if item is damaged or incorrect).
- Await return approval and instructions from our team.
- Ship the item following the provided instructions. Keep tracking information until the refund is complete.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect returned items, refunds are processed within 7–14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we cover the return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
6. Exchanges
We will happily exchange a faulty or incorrectly shipped item for the same product (subject to availability). For exchanges due to preference/size, the exchange process and any price difference will apply.
